Yeah lack of resource revenue since the world economy went in the tank has nothing to do with it either. Yes it is Harper's and it will be his to eliminate in the next 10 years because there won't be any Liberals running the show

With the deficit projected to last at least 5 years and needing a tax hike to combat it, it will fall on the Liberals to repair the damage just like they were tasked in 93.

Grits said they were 'concerned' about Page's independence, now they're asking the government to 'unshackle' him.
Although various Liberals seem to have said different things with respect to the PBO Ignatieff is one who has been pushing to make him an officer of Parliament reporting directly to the House.
