Yes, Christans should be stiff and overweight, stuffed with Jesus' love. Like in John 4:7-27

Meh, the Christian Democratic party in Slovakia did the same when they in power
and had control of the Education Ministry.

No yoga in schools, cuz yoga is some kind of 'cult' thing

 idiots

I think that the majority of christians practicing yoga and meditiaion are doing it for the health/body benifits rather than for the religious awakening that Buddah attained

Wait... there is a religious reason for yoga? I always thought it was to avoid being a fat disgusting waste of oxygen

Buddha didn't practice what you would call yoga - ie hatha yoga. (in a larger sense, all spiritual practice could be called yoga, which means "the yoke.") Yoga is usually associated with Hinduism.

Aren't they still bent out of shape over the priest's "erection" in the Little Mermaid?

*Pause* Uh oh. 8O

It's funny until you realize that this particular sect is unduly influential in selecting the GOP candidate for President of the United States. They've acheived a level of control over a national political process that is vastly disproportionate to their actual numbers. It's funny until seeing these yahoos getting invited to dinner at the White House one day. When that happens the laughter really should stop.

Pretty hard to imagine people having a grudge against yoga. "Its not the christian path to god".

Really? I'd have thought the truly spiritual philosophy would be "it doesn't matter what path one takes since its the destination that counts" but then nobody can accuse christians of an over abundance of spirituality.

I can understand the Christian reaction. That little fucker is always stealing picnic baskets, and stealing is wrong.
