Trade in rhino horns is illegal in Vietnam.

    I hope they can trace the origins and that the asshole poachers get caught.

    Find the poachers and those that arranged for the shipping and the buyers and sentance them to death, take their assests in full and use it to pay for more game wardens and tech to hunt them down.
