WINNIPEG -- Samantha Kematch pointed the finger at her common-law husband for killing her five-year-old daughter Phoenix Sinclair, jurors heard yesterday.

This case gets more and more disturbing every time new facts come to light, these people are a case study for licensing parents. The sentence should be for these people to undergo everything they put this poor little girl though 10 fold and then beat them to death!!!!
