Bombardier signs German rail deal worth up to $2.1-billion

MONTREAL � � The rail manufacturing division of Bombardier Inc. [BBD.B-T] has signed a �framework agreement� to provide German railway Deutsche Bahn with passenger rail cars in a deal worth up to $2.1-billion (U.S.).
