NEW YORK � A devout Muslim woman says she slashed her husband�s neck with a kitchen knife as he slept because he forced her to eat pork, wear short skirts and drink alcohol in violation of her religious beliefs.

    Think she will get more than a couple of years, it was attempted murder. She said she was trying to cut his throat but he woke up.

    Why doe,s it seem there are so many problems with religion , every day you hear more news about it mostly bad in nature . Can not the clerics or who ever get there masses sorted out and end their ever eroding public image . The violence needs to end.

    If you want to see the problems with a male dominated society. Just got to look at every Islamic run country. Such as Saudi Arabia. One country I would never include on my travel list. Even if they paid me 20 million.
