Minister of National Defence names new CLS

Ottawa, Ontario ï¿½ Major-General Peter Devlin will be promoted to Lieutenant-General and appointed Chief of Land Staff (CLS), the Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence announced March 23.
