Canada's major prognosticating rodents provided a split decision on whether the country is in for an early spring or six more weeks of winter.

You have to wait pretty patiently for a groundhog. Don't shoot when his head appears from the chuck hole the first time. Make sure that you are up sun. Wait until he stands up straight like a Meerkat, keep your cool, take a breath and squeeze the trigger.
