Libya gunmen attack Corinthia Hotel in Tripoli

So the jihadis attack the hotel, everyone panics and tries to get out to the garage, where a car bomb is waiting.

Smart. Very smart.

They are a lot smarter and much more evil than people give them credit for.

Over the years their learning curve has been phenomenal, their tactics often take into consideration all elements of what people will do to try and escape.

^ Sad but true.

I used to know a guy who had been a sapper in the CAF and had helped clear mines all through the 90's from Kuwait to Kosovo. The ways he described mines can be programmed to detonate and the different ways they're booby-trapped makes me sick. When I think of all the effort and creativity that goes into killing that could have been used much much more positively.....
